Best Day of my Life!
I could not have asked for a better experience! Stephanie, the event coordinator, and the entire Sheraton staff worked with us to give us the wedding of our dreams! Everyone was incredibly nice and very accommodating to us and all of our guests. Anytime we had a hiccup or hang-up, they helped take care of it immediately. We were able to just step back and enjoy our day, and it was a spectacular day!! In addition to the wedding, we also hosted our rehearsal dinner and breakfast the morning after at the hotel. The venue was perfect because it allowed friends and family to come in from the airport and not have to worry about transportation all weekend, especially with the Sheraton having its own shuttle service. I couldn’t be more pleased with the whole experience!! If I had to redo the day, I wouldn’t have changed a single thing!

Overall amazing !
Stephanie, Kevin and the whole team at the Sheraton were absolutely phenomenal through the whole wedding process. They always responded very fast and were there to answer any kind of question you could have. They made sure our worries were eased by creating a thorough timeline for the day. They set everything up the day of/ ran the whole ceremony and event and made my dreams and visions truly come true! All the staff was so on top of every aspect of the wedding from set up, to dinner, to timing everything perfectly with all the vendors and I can’t say enough about what an awesome team they are! Weddings are an amazing, yet stressful time and they helped make our special day the best day of our life. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the absolute perfect wedding day in the Syracuse area!

Best day ever!
The Sheraton Hotel was AMAZING! The Staff was always so courteous and helpful, specially Stephanie who was my first and main contact throughout the whole process. I didn't have a wedding planner. Stephanie was a BIG help with advice and any questions I had. The location of the Hotel is just perfect! With an great view of the Main Campus of SU. All of my guests were pleased with the surroundings and the hotel itself. The food at our wedding was delicious, the service was great, I could keep going with all the good things I have to say about this place. My husband and I had the best time there.
